Locking Gold Reed Plugs and Large Battery
Connectors This shows the locking gold reed plugs and the
large gold battery. The lower bulkhead keeps the large connectors
in place. The small connectors lock in by twisting them
clockwise and unlock by twisting them counter clockwise.

Adjustable Reed Switch and Correct
Placement of the Reed Wires and Battery Wires The sensitivity of the reed is adjusted by
turning the nylon screw. For more sensitivity, turn clockwise. To reduce sensitivity, turn counter
clockwise

Correct placement of bulkheads and spacers for
the HDPE Standard version with Powersonic or Panasonic (heavier
batteries) - The two thick bulkheads to at either end. One thin spacer goes
over the bottom battery.
- The thin bulkhead goes in the middle.
- The other two thin spacers go above the upper battery.
- The battery stops are screwed into the lower and middle
bulkheads according to how you want the scooter to orient
itself.

Correct Wiring Scheme and
Location The correct wiring scheme and location for all
scooters other than the 18 AH ( short body) versions. - This shot also shows the black anodized legs.
- If the scooter is dropped, these legs will bend, but can be
straightened or easily replaced. The scooter itself will not
break.

Tail Section One Piece Aluminum Annodized
Black The tail section is machined from one piece of
aluminum, anodized black, and the legs are mounted with
brackets. If dropped, the scooter will not break, but
will sacrifice or bend the bracket holding the leg, which is
easily replaceable.
